V-STAT® Advanced Scar Gel is a topical gel that effectively prevents the formation of hypertrophic scars. It reduces the appearance of recent scars and repairs dry skin with 0.8% Polyamine-DAB®, a polyamine that plays an important role in the skin's healing and aging processes. It prevents hypertrophic scarring following facial surgery (blepharoplasty, facelifting), breast surgery (breast augmentation or reduction), abdominal surgery (abdominoplasty), and other body procedures, and improves healing after ablative or non-ablative treatments such as laser treatments or resurfacing procedures (peels). V-STAT® Advanced Scar Gel can also be used to treat dermatological problems such as dry, chapped skin on the hands, feet, and lips.

 The product contains: 0.8% Polyamine-DAB® (1,4-diaminobutane)
